摘 要:为了研究钒微合金化对12Cr2Mo1R组织和性能的影响及钒改进型12Cr2Mo1R厚板产品的强化和韧化机制,在50 mm厚12Cr2Mo1R钢中添加不同含量的钒,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、室温及500℃高温拉伸试验、-60℃低温冲击试验、维氏硬度试验等手段,研究了钒微合金化对12Cr2Mo1R厚板的微观组织、析出相以及强度和韧性的影响。研究表明,钒微合金化后,主要通过碳化物析出强化机制提高了12Cr2Mo1R厚板的强度和韧性;同时,添加V后,钢板的晶粒细化对提高钢板的强度和韧性也有一定贡献;合适的钒添加量为0. 30%。In order to study the effect of V micro-alloying on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the traditional 12Cr2Mo1R heavy plate and the strengthening and toughening mechanism of the vanadium modified 12Cr2Mo1R heavy plate,the effects of V micro-alloying on the microstructure,precipitated phase as well as strength and toughness of 12Cr2Mo1R heavy plate were studied by adding different contents of vanadium in the 50 mm thick 12Cr2Mo1R plate and by such means as optical microscope,scanning electric microscope,tensile tests at room temperature and 500 ℃ high temperature,-60 ℃ low-temperature impact energy test and Vickers hardness test.The research results show that the strength and toughness of 12Cr2Mo1R heavy plate were improved mainly through the carbide precipitation strengthening mechanism after V micro-alloying.Meanwhile,the grain refinement of the steel plate was responsible for strength and toughness improvement of the plate after addition of V;The appropriate amount of V which should be added in the plate was 0.30%wt.
