摘  要:2017~2018年间,流感病毒在我国流行态势严重,以Yamagata(By)谱系为主的乙型流感病毒(Influenza B virus,IBV)与甲型H1N1和H3N2亚型在我国区域流行。为了解2017年云南省IBV的监测结果及其流感病毒的血凝素(Hemagglutinin,HA)基因分子特征,本研究对2017年云南省流感监测哨点医院采集的21 672份标本使用real-time RT-PCR方法检测流感病毒,核酸阳性标本使用MDCK细胞进行病毒分离,并采用HA凝集试验及抑制试验进行病毒鉴定。随机选取24株IBV毒株进行高通量测序,使用MEGA软件分析其HA基因特征。云南省2017年哨点医院监测和暴发疫情监测资料均显示IBV已成为流感流行的优势株之一,由IBV Victoria(Bv)谱系引起9起暴发疫情(42.86%),而由By系引起4起暴发疫情(19.05%)。IBV HA基因无明显变异,提示今年疫苗株可起到很好的保护效果。本研究结果提示,今后云南省需要继续加强监测力度,提高监测敏感性并做到及时预警,从而控制流感流行风险。Between 2017 and 2018,the influenza virus is very prevalent in China. The influenza B virus with the Yamagata lineage and the H1 N1 and H3 N2 subtypes are prevalent in China. To evaluate the monitoring results for influenza B virus(IBV)and the molecular characteristics of the hemagglutinin(HA)gene of the IBV in Yunnan Province,China,in 2017,a total of 21,672 samples were collected from the Influenza Surveillance Hospital of Yunnan Province,China,in 2017 and processed using real-time reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction. Nucleic acid-positive specimens were isolated by MDCK cells using the HA agglutination test and inhibition test for IBV identification. Twenty four IBV strains were selected randomly for high-throughput sequencing. The characteristics of their HA genes were analyzed using MEGA software. In2017,the data(monitoring and outbreak monitoring)of sentinel hospitals in Yunnan Province,China showed that the IBV was one of the dominant strains of the influenza epidemic. Nine outbreaks caused by the Bv system(42.86%)and four outbreaks by the By system(19.05%)were detected. The HA gene of the IBV showed no obvious variation. The strengthening of monitoring,improving monitoring sensitivity,and providing timely warnings are crucial to lessen the risk of influenza epidemics.
