摘　　要：我国不断加深改革开放的进程,在此进程下我国的经济体制不断趋于完善,化工企业在这种社会经济条件下所面临着很多风险,下面我们主要分析一下化工企业现阶段面临的诸多风险中的一种化工企业所面临的法律风险,正因为所面临的风险太多,所以更要的严加防控、加重把关,力求把风险降到最低,以希望能够在化工企业的发展中可以减少企业损失,获得最大的利润。As we all know, China is deepening the process of reform and opening up. Under this process, China's economic system is becoming more and more perfect. Chemical enterprises are facing many risks under this social and economic condition. Below we mainly analyze the legal risks faced by one of the many risks faced by chemical companies at this stage. Just because there are too many risks, so it is more important to strictly prevent and control, increase the checks, and strive to minimize the risk, in order to hope that in the development of chemical enterprises can reduce the loss of enterprises and obtain maximum profits.
