摘　　要：从2003年工程量清单开始在我国建设工程招投标项目中使用,清单计价已成为招投标中广泛使用的计价方式,本文对工程量清单计价模式及清单计价模式下招投标现状进行分析,探讨清单模式下招标人的公路工程招投标管理措施。From 2003, the project quantity list is used in the bidding project of construction project in China. The list pricing has become the widely used pricing method in bidding. This paper analyzes the bill-of-quantity model and the bidding situation under the billof- quantity model, and discusses the bidding management measures for the tenders of highway engineering under the bill-of-quantity model.
