摘 要:本文阐述了建设项目咨询服务传统取费模式与取费标准的现状,并对试点省市全过程工程咨询取费模式与取费标准的实施情况进行了描述,分析了全过程工程咨询取费模式与标准存在的主要问题,综合各种取费模式及标准的特点,提出选择采取1+N+奖励取费模式与增加物资与设备费计入取费基数,并统一取费标准百分比,缩小我国全过程工程咨询取费水平与国际水平的距离。This paper expounds the status quo of traditional fee collection mode and fee collection standards for construction project consulting services, and describes the implementation of the whole process engineering consulting fee collection model and fee collection standards in the pilot provinces and cities, and analyzes the main problems of the model and the standard of whole process engineering consulting fee collection. Combined with the characteristics of various fee collection modes and standards, it is proposed to adopt the 1+N+ reward fee collection mode and increase the material and equipment fees into the fee base, and to unify the standard percentage of the fee collection, and reduce the distance between the whole process engineering consulting fee level and the international level.
