摘　　要：知情同意权的有效实施是对患者权益的合法保护,但是在我国社会转型时期,由于社会信任危机、医疗体制改革的不完善导致了医患信任的缺失,从而影响了知情同意权的有效贯彻与执行。通过探索与分析,落实知情同意权的有效途径是:重塑社会信任,建立交往性医患关系,完善知情同意权的相关法律法规。The effective implementation of the informed consent right is the legal protection of the rights and interests of patients. However, in the period of social transformation in our country, due to the crisis of social trust and the imperfect reform of the medical system, the lack of the doctor-patient trust has affected the effective implementation and execution of the informed consent right.Through exploration and analysis, the effective ways to implement the informed consent right include rebuilding social trust, establishing communicative doctor-patient relationship, improving relevant laws and regulations on the informed consent right.
