摘 要:为了优化超磁致伸缩致动器的电磁性能,对比了传统单线圈结构的超磁致伸缩致动器中磁场沿超磁致伸缩棒的分布规律,并分析了螺线管线圈磁场的数值解析。提出了一种新型超磁致伸缩材料致动器驱动线圈的结构设计,采用规律性数组调整线圈高度的方法,利用Comsol软件程序中的电磁场分析功能,分别分析了五种规律数组排布下的驱动线圈对沿超磁致伸缩棒轴向分布的磁场均匀度以及磁场特性的影响。结果,发现了三种线性度较好的磁场强度分布曲线。In order to optimize the electromagnetic performance of giant magnetostrictive actuator, the distribution of magnetic field along giant magnetostrictive rod in traditional single-coil giant magnetostrictive actuator was compared, and the numerical analysis of solenoid coil magnetic field was analyzed. A new structure design of driving coil for giant magnetostrictive material actuator is proposed. The influence of driving coil on magnetic field uniformity and magnetic field characteristics along the axis of giant magnetostrictive rod is analyzed by using the method of adjusting coil height with regular array and the electromagnetic field analysis function of Comsol software program. As a result, three kinds of magnetic field intensity distribution curves with good linearity were found.
