摘 要:采用铁基非晶合金带材制作配电变压器用卷铁心,分析其内部不同位置的磁密分布。在低励磁磁密条件下,铁心内部实际磁密集中于内侧,由内到外磁密逐渐降低,当励磁磁密为0.5T时,内外侧实际磁密差可达0.37T。随着励磁磁密的增高,铁心内外侧实际磁密差逐渐减小,实际磁密分布趋于平缓。铁心内部存在明显的三次谐波,内外侧三次谐波含量相比于中间部位更高。随着励磁磁密的增高,三次谐波含量也随之增大,在励磁磁密为1.5T时,最外侧的三次谐波含量达到了10%。Amorphous wound core for distribution transformers was prepared using iron-based amorphous alloy strip, and magnetic flux density in different location inside the core investigated. At low exciting flux, the actual flux is higher in inner part of the core and decreases gradually outward. The flux discrepancy between the outermost and the innermost reaches 0.37 T at the exciting flux of 0.5 T, and the discrepancy decreases as the exciting flux increases. There is remarkable third harmonics in magnetic flux at different parts of the core. The content of the third harmonics in the inner and outer side is greater than central part of the core. The content of the third harmonics increases as the exciting flux increases. For the exciting flux of 1.5 T, the content of the third harmonics in the outermost reaches about 10 %.
