摘  要:基于国内某民用飞机的加筋壁板结构,以复合材料结构的固化变形预测与控制为研究方向,建立复合材料加筋壁板结构的有限元仿真模型,通过对比有限元应变数据和试验应变数据,验证了仿真模型的可行性。对结构进行数值仿真分析,预测固化变形,对比有限元变形值与试验件变形值,验证了预测方法的正确性。分别利用回弹补偿法和铺层优化法来控制结构固化变形,使之形状满足产品尺寸的精度要求。探索出了复合材料固化变形的仿真方法,能够准确、有效地预测产品变形。提出了设计和工艺的改进方法,建立了基于控制复合材料结构固化变形的优化方法,实现了复合材料结构设计和制造的一体化,改善了复合材料结构的强度性能,节约了研制时间和减少了材料浪费。Based on the stiffened panel structure of a civil aircraft in China,the prediction and control of solidification deformation of composite structures is taken as the research direction.Firstly,the finite element simulation model of composite stiffened panel structure is established.The feasibility of the simulation model is verified by comparing the finite element strain data with the experimental strain data.Then,the numerical simulation analysis of the structure is carried out to predict the solidification deformation,and the deformation value of the finite element and the deformation value of the test piece are compared to verify the correctness of the prediction method.Finally,the compensation method and the layering optimization method are used to control the solidification deformation of the structure so that the shape satisfies the accuracy requirements of the product size.The simulation method of solidification deformation is explored,which can accurately and effectively predict the deformation of the product.The improvement method of design and process is proposed,and the optimization method based on the control solidification deformation of composite material structure is established,which realizes the integration of composite structure design and manufacture,and the strength properties of composite structures are improved.It saves development time and reduces material waste.
