摘 要:旋转变压器具有抗干扰能力强、解调电路简单等优点,在航空和工业控制领域都广泛使用,但由于其精度有限,故在某些精度要求高的场合鲜有使用。多级旋转变压器采用粗精结合的方式有效地提高了其测量精度,使其满足高精度使用要求。提出了一种基于多级旋转变压器的高精度角位移测量方法,将被测角度分为粗示角度和精示角度,同时在计算粗示角度和精示角度时将坐标系分为8个象限以提高测量精度。Resolver has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and simple demodulation circuit.It is widely used in the field of aviation and industrial control.However,due to its limited accuracy,it is seldom used in some occasions with high precision requirements.The multi-stage resolver can effectively improve its measurement accuracy by combining rough and fine,so that it can meet the requirements of high accuracy.In this paper,a high precision angular displacement measurement method based on multi-stage resolver is proposed.The measured angle is divided into rough angle and fine angle.At the same time,the coordinate system is divided into eight quadrants to improve the measurement accuracy when calculating the rough angle and fine angle.
