摘　　要：高压氨泵在运行过程中出现打量不足的问题,检修时发现内缸体中分面和外筒体密封面冲刷腐蚀缺陷,影响该设备正常运行。从高压缸结构及原理入手分析,对内缸和外筒体的修复技术进行详细介绍。The insufficient flowrate occurred during the operation of high pressure ammonia pump. Erosion -corrosion defects of inner cylinder and outer cylinder sealing surface were found during planned maintenance, which affected normal operation of the machine. Beginning with the analysis of the structure and principle of the high pressure cylinder, this paper introduced the repair technology of the inner and outer cylinder in detail.
