摘　　要：通过尿素合成塔衬里的更换,介绍更换过程中的衬里材料选择、检验、筒体切割、筒体腐蚀坑处理、焊接、对接、消氢热处理等相关技术要求。The change of urea reactor lining was described, and the related technical requirements dur-ing the change were also introduced, such as lining material selection, inspection, cutting of the cylinder, treatment of cylinder corrosion, welding, butt welding, dehydrogenation heat treatment, etc.
