摘  要:介绍煤气化装置含氰污水产生和污水预处理反应的原理,结合近年来煤气化装置和含氰污水预处理单元现场生产过程中采取的工艺优化调整措施和相关技术改造项目的实施,实现煤气化装置外排含氰污水达标排放,满足对含氰污水分级控制的要求,提升煤气化装置清洁生产水平,取得较好的环保效益。The mechanism of cyanide-bearing wastewater generation from coal gasification plant and wastewater pretreatment reaction were introduced.>Some process optimization measures from similar coal gasi-fication plants and cyanide-bearing wastewater treatment plants, and other technical reformation experience from other projects were adopted. The index of cyanide-bearing wastewater discharged from coal gasification plant can meet the requirement of standards, and can also meet the requirement of wastewater control accord-ing to classification, therefore enhancing the cleaner production level and environmental protection.
