摘  要:以磷酸亚铁为原料,采用电解法和液相氧化法,分别合成了正交晶系磷酸铁和单斜晶系磷酸铁(FePO4·2H2O)。电解实验中,正极用铱钽钛电极,负极用石墨电极,隔膜用PTFE增强型全氟离子膜,阳极室电解液用磷酸亚铁水溶液,阴极室电解液用草酸水溶液,在一定电流密度条件下,制备磷酸铁。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD),对合成的磷酸铁的形貌和结构进行了表征。以两种磷酸铁为前驱体,分别制备出结晶性良好的LiFePO4,产物具备较高的首次充放电容量。Orthogonal and monoclinic ferric phosphate (FePO4 · 2H2O) were synthesized from ferrous phosphate by electrolysis and liquid phase oxidation. In this paper, iron phosphate was prepared by electrolysis applied iridium-tantalum-titanium electrode/ aqueous oxalic acid solution as cathode/electrolyte, PTFE-enhanced perfluoro-ion-exchange membrane as separator, and graphite electrode/aqueous ferrous phosphate solution as anode/electrolyte. The morphology and structure of the synthesized ferric phosphate were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Well-crystalized LiFePO4 with high initial charging and discharging capacity were obtained using the two crystal types of FePO4 as precursor, respectively.
