摘 要:羟丙基瓜胶具有良好的黏稠性,广泛应用于油气田开发中,但它会使油田采出污水中的聚合物含量超标,处理难度较大。为此,本文制备了3种金属配合物催化剂,对其进行红外和紫外表征,评价了其催化氧化降解羟丙基瓜尔胶的性能。结果显示,所制备的3种金属配合物催化剂中,铁离子的效果最佳,当温度为45℃、pH为7、催化剂用量为0.5%、H2O2用量为8%时,可以将羟丙基瓜尔胶溶液的相对黏度从26降低至0.87。Hydroxypropyl guar had good viscosity and was widely used in oil and gas field development, but it would lead to excessive polymer content in the oilfield produced wastewater and it was difficult to handle. Therefore, three metal complex catalysts were prepared and characterized by infrared and ultraviolet. The performance of catalytic oxidative degradation of hydroxypropyl guar was evaluated. The results showed that the iron ion effect of the prepared three metal complex catalysts was the best. When the temperature was 45℃, the pH=7, the amount of catalyst was 0.5%, and the amount of H2O2 was 8%, the relative viscosity of the hydroxypropyl guar solution could be reduced from 26 to 0.87.
