参蛤益肺胶囊对COPD稳定期大鼠血清bFGF水平及支气管平滑肌厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨参蛤益肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期大鼠血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平及支气管平滑肌厚度的影响。方法 50只SD大鼠,随机分为5组,每组10只。选取10只为空白对照组(N组),其余40只进行COPD稳定期大鼠造模。造模成功后,将40只大鼠随机分为模型组(M组)、常规剂量参蛤益肺胶囊治疗组(A组)、高剂量参蛤益肺胶囊治疗组(B组)、茶碱缓释片治疗组(C组)各10只。分别于造模12周及18周后比较各组大鼠血清bFGF水平及支气管平滑肌厚度。结果 造模12周及18周后比较各组大鼠血清bFGF水平及支气管平滑肌厚度,M组、A组、B组、C组大鼠均明显高于N组(P<0.05);A组、B组、C组均明显低于M组(P<0.05);B组大鼠明显低于A组、C组(P<0.05);A组与C组大鼠比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);造模18周后B组大鼠明显低于12周后(P<0.05)。结论 参蛤益肺胶囊可降低COPD稳定期大鼠血清bFGF水平,减少支气管平滑肌厚度,高剂量参蛤益肺胶囊疗效更为显著。Objective To investigate the effect of ShenGe Yifei capsule on serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)level and bronchial smooth muscle thickness in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase. Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group.Ten rats were selected as blank control group(N group),and the other 40 rats were established in stable phase of COPD.After the successful establishment of the model,40 rats were randomly divided into model group(M group),routine dose ShenGe Yifei capsule treatment group(group A),high dose ShenGe Yifei capsule treatment group(group B)and theophylline sustained-release tablet treatment group(group C).The serum bFGF level and bronchial smooth muscle thickness were compared at 12 weeks and 18 weeks after modeling. Results After 12 and 18 weeks of modeling,the level of serum bFGF and the thickness of bronchial smooth muscle in each group were compared.Group M,group A,group B and group C were significantly higher than those in group N( P <0.05).Group A,group B,group C were significantly lower than those in group M( P <0.05).Group B were significantly lower than those in group A and group C( P <0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group C( P >0.05).After 18 weeks of modeling,the rats in group B were significantly lower than those after 12 weeks( P <0.05). Conclusion ShenGe Yifei capsule could reduce the level of serum bFGF and the thickness of bronchial smooth muscle in rats with stable COPD,and the curative effect of high dose ShenGe Yifei capsule is more significant.
