摘  要:2017年长江第1号洪水对长江中下游地区带来严重威胁,三峡水库通过拦蓄洪水有效地减缓了长江中下游地区防洪压力。介绍了三峡工程在长江中下游防洪体系中的地位,分析了三峡水库对长江中下游流域的防洪补偿作用,将2017年长江第1号洪水作为研究对象进行分析,并对三峡水库研究时段内进行还原计算,结果表明三峡水库对城陵矶地区防洪补偿调度效果明显。The Yangtze River No.1 flood in 2017 posed a serious threat to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The Three Gorges Reservoir effectively alleviated flood pressure by flood storage and detention. This paper introduces the status of the Three Gorges Project in the flood control system of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River;analyzes the effect of Three Gorges Reservoir on flood control compensation dispatching in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River taking the Yangtze River No.1 flood in 2017 as an example;and calculates the research period. The results show that the Three Gorges Reservoir has obvious effect on flood control compensation dispatching in Chenglingji area.
