摘　　要：在当前的畜牧业发展中,酶也起到了重要的作用,特别是在动物营养方面,饲料中添加酶有诸多作用,可使饲料中营养成分得到更好的吸收,提高饲料利用率;降解饲料中一些不可吸收成分,或者降解一些没有价值甚至有毒成分;改善畜禽胃肠机能,有效抑制肠道中病原菌的繁殖,提高机体免疫力,降低发病率和死亡率。In the current development of animal husbandry, enzymes also play an important role,especially in animal nutrition, adding enzymes in feed has many functions. Feeding enzymes can make the nutrient components in feed better absorbed and improve the utilization rate of feed;degrade some non-absorbable components in feed, or degrade some non-valuable or even toxic components;improve the gastrointestinal function of livestock and poultry, effectively inhibit the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria in intestinal tract, and improve the utilization rate of feed,Body immunity, reduce morbidity and mortality.
