摘　　要：目的:探讨远距离照护模式对宫颈癌放疗后患者家庭阴道冲洗依从性的效果.方法:80例宫颈癌放疗后患者分为实验组和对照组各40例.对照组在患者出院前常规进行出院指导,实验组在对照组的基础上采用远距离照护模式干预,包括成立远距离照护小组,责任护士通过电话、短信和网络等手段进行远程指导咨询,对阴道冲洗情况进行调查并进行健康教育指导.比较2组阴道冲洗依从性及阴道冲洗效果.结果:出院3个月后复查:实验组无阴道粘连为37例,冲洗的有效率为92.5%,对照组无阴道粘连为22例,冲洗的有效率为55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组阴道冲洗完全依从率为90%,对照组的完全依从率为45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对宫颈癌放射治疗后患者开展远距离照护,能够提高阴道冲洗的依从性,降低宫颈癌放疗阴道冲洗粘连的发生率.[Objective] To explore the effect of long-distance care model on compliance of family vaginal irrigation in patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy. [Method]80 patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy were divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases each. The control group received routine discharge guidance before discharge. The experimental group was intervened by long-distance care model. It included the establishment of a long-distance care group, the responsible nurses through telephone, short message and network means to conduct remote guidance and consultation, inquiry about vaginal irrigation and health education guidance. The compliance of vaginal irrigation and the effect of vaginal irrigation were compared between the two groups. [Result]Three months after discharge, there were 37 cases without vaginal adhesion and the effective rate of irrigation was 92.5%. While, in control group there were 22 cases without vaginal adhesion, and the effective rate of irrigation was 55%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complete compliance rate of vaginal irrigation in the experimental group was 90%, and that in the control group was 45%. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2 = 18.461, P = 0.001). [Conclusion]Long-distance care for patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy can improve the compliance of vaginal irrigation and reduce the incidence of vaginal irrigation adhesion.
