五行音乐配合针刺、耳尖放血治疗高血压危象的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨五行音乐配合针刺、耳尖放血治疗高血压危象的效果.方法:将130例高血压危象患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例;对照组给予常规药物治疗,而观察组在此基础上给予五行音乐配合中医疗法,比较2组患者干预2个月后的焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量、血压、心率及总有效率等指标.结果:干预后,观察组的焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量指数等评分下降程度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的收缩压、舒张压及心率等下降程度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组76.92%(P<0.05).结论:综合治疗可改善高血压危象患者情绪和睡眠质量,平稳降低血压,提高临床治疗效果.[ Objective]To explore the effect of five elements of music combined with acupuncture and ear tip bleeding therapy treating hypertensive crisis patients.[Method]130 cases with hypertensive crisis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given usual medication treatment, and the observation group was added five elements of music combination with traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the basis of the control group. The indexes of anxiety, depression, sleep quality, blood pressure and total effective rate were compared between the two groups after 2 months treatment.[Result]After intervention, the descending levels of anxiety, depression and sleep quality in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). The descending levels of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). However, the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%, higher than the control group (76.92%, P<0.05).[Conclusion]The comprehensive treatment in hypertensive crisis patients can improve emotion and sleep quality, decrease blood pressure steadily, and raise clinical treatment effect of patients.
