摘 要:目的:采用双源CT冠脉造影联合单光子发射型计算机断层(SPECT)技术评估心肌灌注异常与冠脉狭窄的相关性.方法:采用双源CT冠脉造影和SPECT进行心肌灌注显像检查方法对确诊为冠心病患者进行检查,采用Spearman相关性分析冠脉狭窄与心肌灌注异常的关系,分析双源CT联合SPECT对冠心病阳性检出率.结果:双源CT冠脉造影和SPECT联合检查的冠心病阳性检出率分别高于单纯的双源CT冠脉造影检查(χ^2=7.705,P<0.001)和SPECT检查(χ^2=28.891,P<0.001),并且可以有效检查出狭窄支数和狭窄程度.结论:双源CT冠脉造影与SPECT联合检查可提高诊断冠心病的准确性,并且客观评价冠心病患者不同严重程度的心肌灌注异常与冠脉狭窄之间的关系,为临床治疗方案的制定提供依据.[Objective]To evaluate the association between myocardial perfusion abnormalities and coronary stenosis by dual-source CT coronary angiography combined with single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT).[Method] The patients with coronary heart disease were examined by dual-source CT coronary angiography and SPECT. The relationship between coronary stenosis and myocardial perfusion abnormality was analyzed by Spearman correlation. The dual-source CT combined with SPECT was positive for coronary heart disease. The detection rate.[Result] The positive detection rate of coronary heart disease with dual-source CT coronary angiography and SPECT was higher than that of simple dual-source CT coronary angiography (X^2=7.705, P<0.001) and SPECT (X^2 = 28.891, P<0.001), and can effectively check the stenosis and the degree of stenosis.[Conclusion] Dual-source CT coronary angiography combined with SPECT can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and objectively evaluate the relationship between myocardial perfusion abnormalities and coronary stenosis in patients with different severity of coronary heart disease, and provide a basis for clinical treatment.
