摘　　要：提高设备自主维修能力,指的是依靠多样化培训方式,采取多形式的实践锻炼以及根据多角度的故障预判分析,积累维修经验和提升快速维修的技能。提高设备自主维修能力从本质上说,还是提升人员的素质,主要从五个方面分析如何提升设备维修人员的能力,希望能对实际工作有一定的借鉴意义。To improve the ability of equipment independent maintenance refers to relying on diversified training methods, adopting multi-form practical exercise and according to multi-angle fault prediction and analysis, accumulating maintenance experience and improving the skills of rapid maintenance. To improve the independent maintenance ability of equipment, or to improve the quality of personnel, this paper mainly analyzes how to improve the ability of equipment maintenance personnel from five aspects, hoping to have certain reference significance for practical work.
