先天性复拇指畸形患儿父母心理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨先天性复拇指畸形患儿父母在照顾患儿期间的心理体验.方法 采用目的抽样法选取先天性复拇指畸形患儿的父母12名,进行面对面的半结构式深入访谈,运用质性研究中Colaizzi现象学研究方法对访谈内容进行编码归类、整理分析.结果 针对先天性复拇指畸形患儿父母在照顾患儿期间的心理体验提炼出4个主题:①愧疚、担忧与焦虑;②手术期望高、担忧治疗效果;③与医护沟通不足,渴望了解更多疾病知识;④希望得到更多的理解与支持.结论 患儿父母在照顾期间会产生不同的心理问题,医护人员在关注先天性复拇指畸形患儿疾病与心理问题的同时,也要关注患儿父母的心理变化,针对患儿父母不同的心理问题,提供个性化的服务与心理支持,促进患儿的身心康复.Objective To investigate the psychological experience of parents on their children with congenital duplication of the thumb. Methods A purposive sampling strategy was adopted, and 12 parents of children with congenital duplication of the thumb were investigated by a face-to face semi-structure in-deep interview. The Coliaizzi phenomenological research method was used to encode and classify the interview content. Results Four themes were extracted including (1)sputum, worry and anxiety;(2)high expectation of surgery, worry about treatment effect;(3)lack of communication with health care, eager to learn more diseases Knowledge;(4)hope to get more understanding and support. Conclusion Parents of children with congenital duplication of the thumb will have different psychological problems. Medical workers should pay more attention to the psychological changes of parents. According to the types of psychological problems, personalized services and psychological support should be provided to promote physical and psychological recovery of children.
