耳穴揿针联合消肿散穴位贴敷在膝关节镜韧带重建术后康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴揿针联合中药穴位敷贴在膝关节镜韧带重建术后康复中的应用效果。方法将行膝关节镜韧带重建术的60例患者随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规康复护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予耳穴揿针联合中药穴位敷贴干预。术后第1、2、3天运用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估膝关节疼痛程度,比较2组术前以及术后第3、7、14天膝关节肿胀程度,观察2组术后3个月时膝关节功能恢复情况。结果干预组术后第1、2、3天膝关节VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第7、14天,干预组膝关节周径差小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组Lysholm评分(90.10±3.89)分,高于对照组(88.50±3.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在韧带重建术后常规康复锻炼的基础上,采用耳穴揿针联合中药穴位敷贴,提高了患者的术后康复效果。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoints combined with acupoint application in rehabilitation care of patients undergoing the ligament reconstruction of the knee under arthroscopy. Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing the ligament reconstruction of the knee were assigned to the intervention group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received conventional rehabilitation care at early stage after the surgery, and those in the intervention group were given auricular acupoints combined with acupoint application. The degree of pain was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)at first three days after the surgery. The degree of knee swelling was measured, and the knee joint function at 3 months after the surgery was compared between two groups. Results The VAS score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group at 1,2,3 days after surgery, with a significant different respectively(P<0.05). The circumference of the knee of patients in the intervention group was lower than that of patients in the control group at 7 and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05). The Lysholm Score was(90.10±3.89)in the intervention group and was(88.50±3.92)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion In addition to the postoperative rehabilitation training, the combined treatment of auricular acupoints and acupoint application can effectively improve the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing the ligament reconstruction of the knee under arthroscopy.
