摘　　要：深化农业供给侧结构性改革是实施乡村振兴战略的主线,更是推进农业绿色高质量发展的有力抓手,对做好"三农"工作意义重大。文章总结了河北省推进农业供给侧结构性改革的成效和现状,分析了目前仍存在的结构性失衡问题,并从优化生产布局结构、完善生产组织关系、构建水资源高效利用新体系、发展生态循环农业等方面,提出了深化河北省农业供给侧结构性改革的对策建议。Deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side is not only the main line of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization, but also a powerful grasp to promote the green and high-quality development of agriculture, which is of great significance to the work of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". The effect and current situation of promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side in Hebei Province were summarized in the paper. The structural imbalance existing at present analyzed, and some countermeasures and suggestions of deepening agricultural supply-side structural reforms in Hebei Province put forward, such as optimizing the production layout structure, improving the production organization relationship, building a new system of efficient utilization of water resources, and developing circular agriculture.
