以协同任务为特色的农业科研协同创新组织模式分析

摘　　要：现代农业对科技创新的需求越来越高,面向现代农业建设主战场、面向农业产业发展中重大问题的解决和核心技术的突破,农业农村建设与发展对科技创新提出了更高要求。协同创新作为农业科研创新的重要组织形式,在我国创新型国家建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用,对于现代农业科研院所建设亦具有十分重要的意义。文章以中国农业科学院为例,对农业科研协同创新任务的组织实施现状、实施成效、存在的主要问题进行了归纳分析,探寻了问题产生的根源,提出了加强协同创新规划布局、加强协同任务分类指导等推进农业科研高效协同的重要举措,以期为现代农业科研院所加强联合、深化协同提供参考。Modern agriculture has higher and higher demand for scientific and technological innovation. It faces the main battlefield of modern agricultural construction, the resolution of major problems facing the development of agricultural industry and the breakthrough of core technology. The construction and development of agriculture and rural areas puts higher demands on scientific and technological innovation.As an important organizational form of agricultural science and technology innovation, collaborative innovation will play a pivotal role in the construction of innovative countries in China, and it is also of great significance for the construction of modern agricultural research institutes.Taking the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the status quo of implementation effects and main problems of the agricultural scientific research collaborative innovation project were analyzed in the paper. The root causes of the problems were explored, and key measures to promote the efficient coordination of agricultural research proposed, such as strengthening distribution of collaborative innovation plan, and strengthening diversified instruction of collaborative projects. This will provide reference for modern agricultural research institutes to strengthen joint and deepen synergies.
