摘 要:文章总结了山西省农业科学院与17个县(市)共建"院县共建"农业科技合作模式的成功经验,阐述了该模式在科技成果转化和示范推广方面取得的成效,并提出了乡村振兴和脱贫攻坚背景下"院县共建"的发展思路,如提高自身科技创新能力、拓宽农业科技合作领域、主动适应现代农业发展需求、建立常态化农业产业技术培训服务机制等,以期为地方农业发展、人才培养、科技贡献率提升等发挥智库引领作用,为地方农业产业发展提供坚强的科技支撑后盾。The successful experience of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences and 17 counties(cities) in carrying out the cooperative mode of agricultural science and technology was summarized in the paper. Effect of this model in transformation of scientific and technological achievements and demonstration and extension was elaborated. Thought strains on development of "Academy-County Co-Construction" under the background of rural vitalization and crucial poverty alleviation were pointed out, such as boost scientific and technological innovation ability of its own, broaden agricultural scientific cooperation area, positively meet the requirement of development of modern agriculture, set normalized agricultural industrial technology training and service mechanism. This is for giving full play of leading function of think tank for local agricultural development, talents′ training and boost of scientific and technological contribution ratio, and provide strong scientific and technological support for the development of local agricultural industry.
