摘 要:以永嘉早香柚为试验材料,以琯溪蜜柚为授粉品种,统计不同生长时期授粉果实和对照的裂瓣指数,测定果实IAA、GA3、ZT、ABA4种内源激素含量,分析授粉处理对永嘉早香柚内源激素的影响。结果表明,7月中旬至11月中旬,授粉处理可显著降低永嘉早香柚果实的裂瓣指数,授粉果实和对照IAA、GA3、ZT、ABA含量的变化趋势较为一致,但授粉果实的4种激素含量显著增加,其中授粉果实的IAA含量为同时期对照的1.94~3.23倍,GA3含量为1.92~4.67倍,ZT含量为2.09~3.43倍,ABA含量为1.98~2.96倍。推测果实内裂发生初期出现的ZT含量急剧上升可能导致对照囊瓣开裂,授粉果实中高ABA含量抵消了部分ZT激素的作用从而抑制了囊瓣开裂。该研究为阐述永嘉早香柚果实内裂机理提供参考。In order to figure out the effect of pollination on endogenous hormone changes and provide a theoretical basis for the internal crack mechanism of pummel, the cracking index and the contents of IAA, GA 3, ZT, ABA of Yongjiazaoxiangyou pummel fruit in different period were measured. The results showed that pollination treatment could significantly reduce the cracking index and there were similar change trends of IAA, GA 3 and ZT and ABA content between pollination fruit and control in mid-Jul to mid-Nov. The IAA, GA 3, ZT and ABA contents of pollinated fruits were 1.94-3.23 times, 1.92-4.67 times, 2.09-3.43 times and 1.98-2.96 times than control respectively. It was speculated that the rapid increase of ZT content in the early stage of fruit internal cleavage might lead to the crack of the control, and the high ABA content in the pollinated fruit counteracted some of the effects of ZT hormone and inhibited the crack of the sacs.
