摘 要:[目的]明确温度和湿度对八角黄瘿蚊生长发育的影响,为利用该昆虫对八角高产栽培提供基础。[方法]在10、15、20、25、30、35℃以及相对湿度60%、70%、80%、90%和100%条件下,测定八角黄瘿蚊卵孵化率、幼虫存活率及各虫态发育历期。[结果]温度对八角黄瘿蚊卵孵化率和幼虫存活率影响较大,卵孵化率和幼虫存活率在25℃时最高,分别为96.67%和93.67%,在10℃时最低,分别为75.63%和70.12%;不同温度下八角黄瘿蚊各虫态发育历期存在显著差异,各虫态发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,各虫态发育历期在35℃条件下最短,在10℃条件下最长。湿度对八角黄瘿蚊卵孵化率和幼虫存活率有显著影响,卵孵化率和幼虫存活率在相对湿度90%条件下最高,分别为96.61%和95.49%,相对湿度60%时最低,分别为79.17%和76.90%;湿度对八角黄瘿蚊卵、蛹和成虫的发育历期无显著影响,对幼虫的发育历期有显著影响,湿度为90%时,幼虫发育历期最短,为7.50d。[结论]温度和湿度对八角黄瘿蚊生长发育有显著影响。25~30℃、相对湿度90%是八角黄瘿蚊生长发育的最佳条件。[Objective]The research aimed to clarify the effects of temperature and humidity on the growth and development of Anabremia sp. and provide a foundation for high-yielding cultivation of Illicium verum .[Method]Hatching rate, larval survival rate and the duration of different developmental stages of Anabremia sp. were determined at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ℃,and 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% humidity.[Result]Temperature had a great influence on the hatching rate and survival rate of Anabremia sp.. The hatching rate of eggs and the survival rate of larvae were the highest (96.67% and 93.67% respectively) at 25 ℃, and the lowest (75.63% and 70.12% respectively) at 10 ℃. There were significant differences in the duration of various developmental stages under different temperatures. The duration of various developmental stages shortened with the rise of temperature. The development duration of each insect state was the shortest at 35 ℃ and the longest at 10 ℃. Humidity had a significant effect on the hatching rate and survival rate of Anabremia sp.. The highest hatching rate and survival rate were 96.61% and 95.49% when the humidity was 90%. The lowest hatching rate and survival rate were 79.17% and 76.90% when the humidity was 60%. Humidity had no significant effect on the development duration of eggs, pupae and adults, but had significant effect on the development duration of larvae. When the humidity was 90%, the development duration of larvae was the shortest, which was 7.50 days.[Conclusion]Temperature and humidity has a significant effect on the growth and development of Anabremia sp.. The optimum conditions for the growth and development of Anabremia sp. are 25-30 ℃and 90% relative humidity.
