摘　　要：随着山西省农业科学院科研项目、成果数据的增多,科研管理工作已难以完全利用传统的办公软件实现,历年科研成果统计和分析工作困难、效率低,让管理者无法全面准确地掌握院内科研情况。为解决以上问题,引入科研管理系统,根据山西省农业科学院的实际情况,建设科研创新数据库,以满足项目申报、成果汇总、经费管理和科研考评等工作。实际应用表明,科研创新数据库建设方案切实可行,科研管理系统能够为科研管理工作提供决策数据,实现了科研管理科学化、自动化和规范化,提高了科研管理工作的效率。With the increase of scientific research projects and results data of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,it is difficult to fully use the traditional office software for scientific research management.Statistics and analysis of scientific research results over the years are difficult and inefficient,which makes it impossible for managers to fully and accurately grasp the scientific research situation in the academy.In order to solve the above problems,a scientific research management system was introduced.According to the actual situation of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,a scientific research innovation database was constructed to meet the needs of project declaration,results summary,fund management and scientific research evaluation.Practical application shows that the construction scheme of scientific research innovation database is feasible.Scientific research management system can provide decision-making data for scientific research management,realize scientific,automated and standardized scientific research management,and improve the efficiency of scientific research management.
