摘  要:针对2种规格的涡流制动器磁极,从磁极温升的数学模型出发,在Comsol Multiphysics中建立仿真模型并求解得到初步结果,同时设计开展磁极温升试验并测量推导相关数据。将2种方法所得结果进行对比,其仿真模型的正确性得到了较好验证,同时也揭示了电阻、电压、功率及温升等参数的变化规律,对磁极线圈的设计选型具有参考意义。In light of the two types of magnetic poles of brake, this paper starts with the mathematic model of temperature rise of the magnetic pole,the simulation model is established in Comsol Multiphysics and the initial result is obtained,in the mean time, the test on temperature rise of the magnetic pole is carried out and relevant data is measured and deduced. The results obtained through the two methods are compared, the correctness of the simulation model is verified well, and the regular changing patterns of such parameters as resistance,voltage,power and temperature rise are disclosed, which is referential for design and model selection of magnetic pole coils.
