摘　　要：针对CRH2A统型动车组撒砂装置在分解检修时性能良好、装车后静态调试不加热故障,分析了故障原因,并提出改进撒砂装置电缆结构、优化撒砂装置检修工艺等措施的建议。In view of the trouble that the performance of the sanding device on uniform CRH2A multiple units is fairly well in disassembling inspection and repair but is unheating in static testing after being mounted on car, the causes are analyzed and suggestions are given on improvement of the cable structure of the sanding device, optimization of the inspection and repair technology for the sanding device.
