摘  要:采用自行设计的测量设备对直喷汽油机滤清器机油温度与滤清器前后压力等参数进行实时测量,对试验结果分析得出机油温度与压力参数的规律:滤清器润滑油温度随着行驶里程增加而逐渐下降,而在9000km左右滤清器压差发生剧烈变化。试验结果表明:该润滑油在车辆行驶里程8000km范围内性能稳定,润滑油换油周期应控制在该行驶里程内。The real-time measurement of temperature and pressure in the inlet and outlet of filter for a GDI engine was conducted with self-designed measurement device.The test results were analyzed to obtain the rule of oil temperature and pressure parameters.It was found that the temperature of lube oil in the filter decreased with the increase of mileage,but the pressure drop through the filter changed drastically at the mileage of around 9 000 km.The test results showed that the lube oil had stable performance within the mileage of 8 000 km and the oil draining interval should be within this mileage range.
