摘  要:由于各种非正常操作工况,化工装置高低压分离系统窜压时有发生,若联锁失控,低压系统安全泄放装置的设定量不足,在极短的时间内就有可能发生灾难性后果。针对该问题,从工艺的源头和仪表系统设计着手,以某合成氨装置为例,阐述了如何在工艺流程、仪表选型和联锁设置等方面进行优化,从而满足装置本质安全设计要求。Due to several irregular operation conditions,crossing pressure occurs occasionally in high-low pressure separation system of chemical plants.If the interlocking loops fail to work and the setting value of the safety relief system is insufficient,there will be a catastrophic consequence within a short time.Aiming at the problems,from the source of process and the design of instrument system,taking a synthetic ammonia plant as an example,the issues on how to optimize the process flow,instrument selection and interlock setting are expounded,so as to satisfy the requirements of the essential safety design of the plant.
