摘 要:为提高蒸汽利用率,降低设备能耗和制造成本,增强调质效果,并提高出料均匀性等,研究一种新型桨叶调质器,并对其关键部件桨叶机构、进气系统和出料装置进行设计,以满足调质工序要求,实现调质效果的全面提升,与传统的调质器相比,蒸汽利用率可提高40%,电耗下降60%。In order to improve the utilization rate of steam,reduce energy consumption of equipment and manufacturing costs,enhance conditioning effect,and improve discharge uniformity,a new type of paddle conditioner was studied.And the blade mechanism,intake system and discharge device were designed to meet the requirements of the conditioning process,to achieve the improvement of the conditioning effect.Compared with the traditional conditioning device,the steam utilization rate of the new paddle conditioner can be increased by 40%,the power consumption can be reduced by 60%.
