摘 要:分析了2016年杭州市G20峰会保障期间(8月24日至9月6日)的环境空气质量,利用WRF-CMAQ模型研究了区域传输对杭州市G20峰会保障期间PM2.5和O3污染的影响。结果表明,G20峰会保障期间,杭州市PM2.5日均质量浓度平均值为31.3μg/m^3,逐日浓度均达到《环境空气质量标准》(GB 3095-2012)二级标准(75μg/m^3)的要求,8月31日出现PM2.5浓度上升趋势,9月1日达到最高47.0μg/m^3;O3最大8h质量浓度平均值为159.9μg/m^3,8月24日至25日和8月28日至31日两个时段O3浓度出现了超过GB 3095-2012二级标准(160μg/m^3)的情况。杭州市本地减排对PM2.5浓度下降贡献70%,浙江省其他地市贡献16%,江苏省、上海市以及安徽省与江西省分别贡献了8%、4%、2%,区域联防联控对杭州市PM2.5浓度的改善具一定的作用。精准控制上风向O3前体物排放可在一定程度上缓解杭州市的O3污染。The ambient air quality were analyzed during the G20 summit security period(from August 24 th to September 6 th,2016)in Hangzhou.The WRF-CMAQ model was used to study the influence of regional transport on PM2.5 and O3 pollution.Results showed that during the G20 summit security period the daily average concentration of PM2.5 all reached second grade(75μg/m^3)of "Ambient air quality standards"(GB 3095-2012)with a mean of 31.3μg/m^3.However,PM2.5 concentration rose on August 31 st and reached peak(47.0μg/m^3)on September 1 st.The mean of maximum 8 h O3 concentration was 159.9μg/m^3,which exceeded second grade(160μg/m^3)of GB 3095-2012 on August 24 th to 25 th and 28 th to 31 st.The pollution reduction of Hangzhou contributed 70% for PM2.5 concentration reduction,and that of Jiangsu,Shanghai,Anhui &Jiangxi,and other cities in Zhejiang did 8%,4%,2%and 16%,respectively.Therefore,the regional joint prevention and control of air pollution was significantly important for the improvement of PM2.5 in Hangzhou.Meanwhile,the air pollutants presursors reduction of cities exactly located in the upwind direction could decrease the O3 concentration in Hangzhou.
