摘  要:为改善粘胶纤维的亲肤性以及对离子型染料的染色性,采用葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)氧化粘胶纤维制备羧基化粘胶纤维;再以N,N-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)为交联剂,接枝蚕蛹肽于羧基化粘胶纤维表面合成接枝蚕蛹肽羧基化粘胶纤维,并对其结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:接枝的蚕蛹肽位于羧基化粘胶纤维表面,由15种氨基酸组成;接枝蚕蛹肽羧基化粘胶纤维可分别用水溶性苯胺蓝、碱性品红、双缩脲等染料染色;羧基化粘胶纤维的最佳制备工艺为GOD用量为粘胶纤维质量的6%,pH值5.5,温度35℃;接枝蚕蛹肽羧基化粘胶纤维的最佳制备工艺为DCC用量为羧基化粘胶纤维质量的40%,交联pH值4.0,交联温度60℃。In order to improve the skin affinity and dyeing property of viscose fibers, carboxyl viscose fiber was prepared by oxidation of glucose oxidase(GOD). Silkworm peptide was grafted to the viscose fiber using N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) as crosslinking agent, and the main physicochemical and dyeing properties were characterized. The results show that the grafted silkworm peptide carboxyl viscose fiber is composed of 15 kinds of amino acids. The silkworm peptide is located on the surface of carboxyl viscose fiber. The reactions of the fiber with water-soluble aniline blue, basic fuchsin and biuret all show specific dyeing. The grafted silkworm peptide carboxyl viscose fiber is successfully prepared. The optimum process for the preparation of carboxyl viscose fiber by GOD is: pH value of 5.5, the temperature of 35 ℃, the percentage of glucose oxidase in fiber mass of 6%. The optimum process of grafting the carboxyl viscose fiber with silkworm peptide is pH value of 4.0 and the temperature of 60 ℃, the dosage of DCC of 40% of fiber mass.
