摘 要:以兼用型甘薯品种郑红22为材料,筛选适合郑红22茎尖再生的分化培养基,并对郑红22脱毒再生植株进行扩繁和移栽,探讨不同种植密度及肥料配比对脱毒郑红22鲜薯产量的影响,以明确适宜郑红22的高效脱毒及栽培技术。结果表明,当NAA(萘乙酸)、6-BA(6-苄氨基嘌呤)的添加量分别为0.1、3mg/L时,郑红22茎尖分生组织的再生率最高,为54.58%。随着种植密度的增加,脱毒郑红22的鲜薯产量先增加后减少,当种植密度为48750株/hm^2时,鲜薯产量最高,为46906.78kg/hm^2。当N、P2O5、K2O施用量分别为75.0、75.0、180.0kg/hm^2时,脱毒郑红22鲜薯产量最高,为47555.02kg/hm^2,比不施肥处理极显著提高16.09%。In order to obtain efficient detoxification and cultivation techniques for Zhenghong 22(a dual-purpose sweet potato variety),differentiation medium was screened for plant regeneration from stem apex of Zhenghong 22,the virus-free regenerated plants were propagated and transplanted to the field,and the effect of different planting densities and proportion of fertilizer on yield of fresh sweet potato of virus-free Zhenghong 22 was studied.The results showed that the highest regeneration rate(54.58%)was obtained after cultured with modified MS medium which contained 0.1 mg/L NAA and 3 mg/L 6-BA.The yield of fresh sweet potato of virus-free Zhenghong 22 increased first and then decreased with the increase of planting density.The highest fresh sweet potato yield of virus-free Zhenghong 22 was 46 906.78 kg/ha under the planting density of 48 750 plants/ha.The highest fresh sweet potato yield was 47 555.02 kg/ha when the application rates of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P2O5)and potassium(K2O)were 75.0 kg/ha, 75.0 kg/ha and 180.0 kg/ha,respectively,which significantly increased by 16.09% compared with the treatment without fertilizer.
