摘  要:火龙果溃疡病为火龙果多发病害,为有效开展该病害的绿色防控,从火龙果不同生境进行了拮抗细菌的分离、筛选。从11个不同生境中共分离到103株细菌,应用对峙培养法进行了拮抗活性评价,筛选出15株具有拮抗活性的菌株,其中强拮抗性菌株5株,中等拮抗性菌株4株,弱拮抗性菌株6株。进一步对这些菌株进行生防物质分析,赋值≥10分的菌株有8株。综合以上结果,优选10个菌株进行温室防效测定,连续观察20d,7-6-1和10-4-6两个菌株的平均防效较高,分别为50.41%、48.85%。Pitaya ulcer is a frequently occurring disease for dragon fruits.To effectively carry out green prevention and control of this disease,antagonistic bacteria were isolated and screened from different habitats of dragon fruit.As a result,103 bacterial strains were isolated from 11 different habitats.Confrontation cultivation method was adopted to conduct antipathogenic activity evaluation,and 15 strains with antipathogenic activities were screened out,including 5 strains with strong antagonism,4 strains with medium antagonism and 6 strains with weak antagonism.Through further biocontrol active substance analysis of these strains,8 strains with values higher than 10 points were assigned.Based on the above results,10 strains were selected for the test of control effect in greenhouse and observed continuously for 20 days.The result showed that the strains 7-6-1 and 10-4-6 had higher control effects,which were 50.41% and 48.85% on average,respectively.
