摘 要:目的探讨淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)与中老年冠状动脉钙化的相关性。方法根据冠状动脉计算机断层扫描血管造影术的检查结果,将115例中老年胸痛患者分为无钙化组44例、钙化组71例。比较两组的LMR及其他相关临床资料。采用Logistic回归模型分析中老年胸痛患者冠状动脉钙化的影响因素。结果钙化组的LMR低于无钙化组(P<0.05)。年龄、LMR、中性粒细胞计数为中老年冠状动脉钙化的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论LMR降低与中老年冠状动脉钙化相关,炎症可能在冠状动脉钙化的发生中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the correlation between lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(LMR) and middle-aged and elderly coronary artery calcification. Methods According to the check-up findings of coronary computed tomography angiography,115 middle-aged and elderly patients with chest pain were divided into non-calcification group( n =44) and calcification group( n =71).LMR and other related clinical data were compared between the two groups .Logistic regression model was applied to influencing factors analysis of coronary artery calcification in middle-aged and elderly patients with chest pain. Results LMR of the calcification group was lower than that of the non-calcification group( P <0.05).Age,LMR,and neutrophil count were influencing factors of middle-aged and elderly coronary artery calcification(all P <0.05). Conclusion LMR decline is related to middle-aged and elderly coronary artery calcification ,inflammation may play an important role in developing coronary artery calcification.
