摘  要:航天器锂离子蓄电池组经过长期在轨运行单体之间性能会发生离散,致使蓄电池组出现寿命缩短和安全等问题,为此航天器应用长寿命锂离子电池组必须进行均衡管理,现有均衡管理系统包括信号采集单元、控制单元及均衡单元,存在结构复杂,费用高,可靠性低等缺点,介绍了法国SAFT公司研制的一种航天器锂离子蓄电池组均衡元件,该元件直接并联在单体电池上,能自发对离散单体电池进行均衡,无需进行信号采集与控制,具有体积小,质量轻,费用低,结构简单,可靠性高等优点,经试验验证,均衡效果较好。After long-term working in-orbit, the performance of cells in Li-ion batteries discretes, resulting in cycle life decrease and safety accidents, so equalization manage is indispensable for space application. The existing equalization manage system includes signal collection unit, control and equalization unit, having disadvantages of complex configuration, high cost and low reliability. The autonomous balancing component of Li-ion battery for aerocraft made by SAFT was introduced. The component is in parallel of cell directly, and autonomously equalizes discrete cells without command collection or monitoring, having advantages of small volume, light weight, low cost, simple configuration, high reliability. The experiments demonstrate that the equalization effect is good.
