摘  要:以标称容量为60 Ah的退役磷酸铁锂电池模块为研究对象,通过容量标定、电化学阻抗谱测试、电池模块内部并联模组电压测量等方法研究电池衰退性能,分析电池容量与内阻、电压和锂离子扩散系数之间的相关性,并将一致性好的退役电池模块成组后接入到光伏储能系统中,验证退役电池在光伏储能的可行性。研究表明,欧姆内阻、电荷转移电阻、锂离子扩散系数与退役电池模块的容量之间无明显的相关性,这些参数作为该类退役电池一致性评估的可靠性程度较低;而低电荷状态(SOC)下退役电池模块内并联模组之间的最大电压差ΔUmax值与容量之间呈现较好的线性负相关。The fading characteristics of 60 Ah retired Li-ion battery modules from electric vehicles were evaluated by battery capacity measurement, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and voltage measurement of parallel modules. The correlation between the capacity and internal resistance, lithium ion diffusion coefficient or voltage was analyzed. The consistent retired battery modules were packed and switched in a photovoltaic energy storage system to verify the application feasibility of the PV energy storage. The results show that there is no obvious correlation between the capacity of the retired battery modules and the ohmic resistance, charge transfer resistance or Li-ion diffusion coefficient, whose reliability is low as the consistency index of the retired battery modules. There is linear negative correlation between the capacity of the retired modules and the maximal voltage difference ΔUmax among parallel modules at low SOC.
