摘  要:城市环境的污染以及石油资源的枯竭越发严重,电动汽车的发展不但减少了环境污染,而且缓解了能源枯竭问题,使得电动汽车得到快速发展。作为电动汽车动力源的电池组,其性能决定了电动汽车的行驶表现,因此对电池管理系统的研究很有必要。以磷酸铁锂电池为实验对象,以STM32F429IGT6为主控制器,以电压电流的实时状态信息采集,单体电池之间的电压均衡,热安全管理及上位机通信为主要内容进行硬件电路设计,制作了实验样机。Because of the pollution of urban environment and expansion of petroleum resource, electric vehicles are developing rapidly. The development of electric vehicles not only reduces environmental pollution, but also solves the problem of energy exhaustion. As the power source of electric vehicle, the performance of battery determines the driving performance of the electric vehicle, so it is necessary to study the battery management system. Based on lithium iron phosphate battery, STM32F429IGT6 was used as the control chip, the hardware circuit was designed with the real-time state information collection of voltage and current, voltage balance between cells, thermal safety management and host computer communication as the main content, and the experimental prototype was developed.
