摘　　要：从国民经济的主要指标入手,对机械工业及重机行业的运行情况、发展状况进行了分析。自2012年以来,重机行业经历了衰退、低迷、复苏阶段,2017年重型机械行业整体出现明显复苏。但是,影响机械工业发展的内外部环境更加复杂,重机行业迎来了发展的机遇,也面临挑战。现阶段重型机械行业的任务是提振信心,激发企业主体的活力,加大补短板的力度,开拓创新,大力推动高质量发展。针对企业高质量发展的内容和要求,提出了实现的思路和目标,智能升级,绿色发展,集成创新,提升质量,培育具有竞争力的知名品牌,打造国际化企业,是行业高质量发展的重要工程。并对发展中存在的问题及风险提出了应对措施。This paper starts with the key indicator of national economic, it analyzes the running condition and development status of machine industry and heavy machinery industry. Since then 2012, the heavy machinery industry went through declines, downturn and recovery, and a remarkable economic recovery till 2018. While the internal and external environment, affects the development of heavy machinery industry, gets more and more complicated, brought new opportunity and challenge. Now the duties of the industry are boosting confidence, vitalizing the enterprise subject, strengthen the weakness, innovation and vigorously promoting high-quality development. Aiming at high-quality development of the enterprises, this paper puts forward targets and ideas as follows, smart upgrade, green development, integrated innovation, improving quality, cultivating competitive famous brand and building international enterprises. It’s the important project of the industry. Finally, it proposes countermeasures of issues and risks during the development.
