摘  要:为了改善铸坯中心质量,目前特殊钢趋于采用低过热度浇注。为了控制浇注温度,往往采用中间包加热。文章分析了H型感应加热中间包车设计难点,H型感应加热中间包重量大,长水口距离浸入式水口的距离增大,支撑耳轴直径增大、中包最低点距中包壳底距离增大。对H型感应加热中间包车设计关键点拖链、升降装置、对中装置、主车架、传动系统进行改进设计,结合感应H型感应加热中间包的特点,给出了中包车设计的关键参数的确定方法,为H型感应加热中间包车的设计提供参考。Inorder to improve the internal quality of billet, special steel tends to cast by low superheat. Tundish heating is often used to control casting temperature. This paper analyzes the difficulties in designing H-type induction heating tundish. H-type induction heating tundish has a large weight, a larger distance between the long nozzle and the immersionnozzle, a larger diameter of the support trunnion, and a larger distance from the lowest point of the tundish to the bottom of the middle package tundish. In this paper, the key points of H-type induction heating tundish design, such as towing chain, lifting device,centring device, main frame and transmission system, are improved and designed. The design method of h-type induction heating tundish is presented, and combined with the characteristics of the induction H-type induction heating tundish, the method for determining the key parameters of the design of the tundish is given.
