摘 要:介绍了宁波宝新公司1#平整机组工艺、擦拭器的结构与作用,针对生产过程中擦拭器除尘系统发生火险事故的问题,分析了擦拭器抛光网褶皱或脱落的原因,擦拭器抛光网采用整根压条依靠弹簧压紧的方式进行固定,使用过程中由于弹簧力不一致,压条变形弯曲,使压条与抛光网之间沿擦拭器长度方向存在间隙,引起抛光网产生褶皱、甚至脱落。并提出将擦拭器结构形式上进行改进的措施,在满足原结构安装空间的前提下,采用分段抛光网压条结构,同时通过迷你型气缸锁紧压条实现可靠压紧。改进后,擦拭器的稳定性得到了提高,消除了火险隐患,并提升了机组生产质量、降低了生产成本。The article introduces 1 # temper rolling mill process of Ningbo Baoxin Company and the structure and function of the wiper, in view of the fire accident in the wiper dust removal system during the production process, the reasons of wiper polishing mesh fold or fall off are analyzed. The wiper polishing mesh is fixed by the whole pressing bar depending on the spring compression, in the process of using due to the spring force is not consistent, the pressing layer is deformation and bending. There is a gap between the strip and the polishing mesh along the wiper length direction, which causes the polishing mesh to wrinkle or fall off. The improvement measures to the wiper structure are proposed, it adopt the segmented polishing mesh press bar structure, and realize reliable compaction by locking mini-cylinder. The stability of improved wiper is improved, the fire danger is eliminated, the production quality is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
