摘 要:在对现有钛合金钻杆特点及其国内外发展现状和特殊区块钻井难点分析的基础上,提出了全钛合金钻杆(接头、管体均为钛合金材质)制造技术的研究,采用摩擦焊接技术完成了全钛合金钻杆的制造,测试了全钛合金钻杆抗拉强度、抗内压强度、抗扭强度。试验结果表明:全钛合金钻杆的抗拉、抗扭、抗内压性能参数达到了同规格105(G)级钢制钻杆性能参数水平。Based on the characteristics of titanium alloy drill pipe and its development status at home and abroad as well as the difficulties of drilling in special blocks,the manufacturing technology research of full titanium alloy drill pipe (The joint and tube are all made by titanium alloy) was put forward.Friction welding technology was used to manufacture the full titanium alloy drill pipe.Tensile strength,internal compressive strength and torsional strength of the full titanium alloy drill pipe were tested.The results indicated that the tensile strength,internal compressive strength and torsional strength of full titanium alloy drill pipe reached 105 (G) level of steel drill pipe performance parameters.
