摘  要:中石油长庆石化公司140万t/a重油催化裂化装置反再两器为同高并列式,反应部分为两段提升管,再生部分为快速-湍流床两段再生.装置运行中,存在沉降器结焦严重、主风-烟气系统压降大以及催化剂高温水热失活等问题,通过采用一系列有效的改造措施,如粗旋与顶旋直连快分技术,提升管底部混合器技术以及改进的快速床-二密床再生技术等,从根本上消除了装置长周期运行的制约因素,并提高了经济效益.The reactor and regenerator in the 1.4 Mt/a RFCC unit at PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company are installed side by side with the same height. The reactor is designed with two-stage riser, and the regenerator is designed with fast fluidized bed and turbulent fluidized bed two-stage regeneration. During the operation of the unit, some problems emerged including the serious coking of the disengager, the large pressure drop in the main air and flue gas system and the high temperature hydrothermal deactivation of the catalysts. A series of effective measures were taken, such as the primary cyclone and secondary cyclone direct connection quick separation technology, the catalyst mixer technology at the bottom of riser and the improved fast fluidized bed and second dense bed regeneration technology, fundamentally solving the long cycle operation problem of the unit and improving the economic benefits.
