摘　　要：采用碳热还原法生产铸造用钨合金工艺,生产过程使用推板窑无需真空炉,在氮气微正压气氛下,可生产出满足铸造用钨合金,生产过程无固体废弃物产出,无烟尘废气产出,生产过程清洁环保,并且金属钨收率大于99.5%,生产成本较低。Carbon thermal reduction method is used to produce ferrotungsten for casting.Push-board kiln is used in the production process without vacuum furnace.Under the atmosphere of nitrogen micro-positive pressure,ferrotungsten for casting can be produced.There are no solid waste and smokeless waste gas in the production process.The production process is clean and environmentally friendly,and the yield of tungsten metal is more than 99.5%.The production cost is low.
