摘 要:三峡升船机安全机构采用螺杆与螺母柱自锁的方式保障承船厢的安全运行,为了保证安全机构的自锁性,需要螺纹副当量摩擦系数fv≥0.1。同时,在不改变安全机构摩擦副结构的前提下,选用或研制一种适合螺母柱摩擦副的防护材料,该材料既能保证在涂覆后摩擦副的摩擦系数>0.1,又能对螺母柱、螺杆以及安全机构起到防锈作用,同时便于现场施工。为此,有必要选择同时满足防锈性能和摩擦性能的防护材料。本课题以爱利丝IRIS-400M型增摩油为基础,通过实验的方法,研究其用于三峡升船机安全机构摩擦面防护的可行性。The safety mechanism of three gorges ship lift adopts the self-locking of screw and nut column to ensure the ship chamber running safely. In order to guarantee the self-locking,the equivalent friction coefficient of screw pair should be greater than or equal to 0.1.Meanwhile,in the premise of not changing the friction pairs of thesafety mechanisms,a kind of anti-corrosive material suitable for the friction pairs of standoffs is selected. The material can not only guarantee that the friction coefficient of the friction pairs is greater than 0.1,but also can prevent the nuts,screws and safety mechanisms from rustiness. It is convenient to apply fieldoperation. Therefore,it is necessary to choose a kind of protective material that can satisfy both the friction and antirust performance. This paper,based on a kind of friction-increasing coat called IRIS-400 M,researched the feasibility of IRIS-400 M used on safety mechanism of three gorges ship lift by experiments.
